After college I worked as an Executive Sous Chef & Banquet and Catering Chef for about six years at the Sheraton Hotel. During those years and after, I owned my own catering company. I then sold my business and worked for Mercedes Inc. where I traveled the country ...Expand for more
opening restaurants. I created menues, trained the staff and operated the business until they were on track. After working 100+ hours a week for several years, I felt it was time for a change of pace. I managed a Kinko's for almost seven years and now work for Trader Joe's.
