Louise's Story
Life
After high school, I attended the University of Maine. I earned a BS in biochemistry. From there, I had planned to go on to pharmacy school. Yet, I found out there was another plan. I married Rick Lamarre right after college. His Air Force career started us off at Loring AFB, in Limestone, Maine. There were not any pharmacy schools nearby to my great disappointment. I worked in a lab and also as a junior high math teacher. After 2 miscarriages, I became pregnant with Richard. He is now 12...Expand for more
! We went on to a couple of bases and then our marriage fell apart. We divorced after 10 years and Richard and I ended up in Yorktown, VA. I started teaching again at the private school he attended. Within a few years, I met the love of my life at a business convention. We were married within a year. Tom is a pharmacist with a background as a Navy Seal and Hornet pilot. We are hoping to have more children and are moving to Maine on July 3, 2004 to build our dream home and be with our loved ones.
