Life has been great for me since leaving Compton. I spent a tour in the military got a couple of awards and a hell of a good eduction, and married the love of my life. We have 2 daughters, 1 is a physiologist the other is a Broker, and 3 grand kids. After the military we moved outside of Spokane Washington, and have made this our home base. I started working for the UP Railroad then moved back to Compton in 1964 for a year then bought a business in Spokane later sold it and work for a few other company's travailing, in 1974 I went to work for Kaiser Aluminum and spent a good share of my time in the international division, with the longest stint in Africa. We went through a revolution, counter revolution, and finally a final military take over. Working for Kaiser had allowed us to travel in Europe, the Caribbean, and Western Africa. I retired at 59 1/2, but failed at it, not use to being home that much. I went to work for a company that builds cranes on Dams.
