Graduated Frankfurt--at the ZOO of all places, very appropriate for our class, I guess. 1971 Hung out in Germany for a year, working at an Aral gas station, partying, and improving my German. 1972 Joined the Navy to dodge the Draft. Hey, they let me in, so they were as culpable as I. Heh heh. Learned to run a nuclear reactor! Partied a lot more than I should have. Convinced the Navy they didn't really want ME with my hands on the controls of a reactor, so they generously gave me a fully honorable discharge and let me go WAY early, bless their little hearts. That took from '72 to '74. Went to college at Western Washington State College, which became Western Washington University while I was there.
