Tom's Story
Life
After I left CDA in 1969, I bought a bowling center in Bend OR. Bend reminded me of CDA-a tourist town, except there big season was in the winter for skiing. I kept the center in Bend, when I moved to Reno to buy another center. Reno was a fun place to live; you could do anything you wanted 24 hours a day. In 1985 I sold out and went back to CDA to spend some time with my dad. I am very thankful for the time I had with him before he died. In 1993 I went on the road, putting together ...Expand for more
a national bowling tournament. We were on the road until 1996 when we retired in Fl. Marie, my wife, loved FL, but I never did like it. In 2006 we moved back to ID, Pocatello (MarieÂs home town). Playing golf and bowling. The other time is spend on the computer. Marie has here kids and grandkids here, so we have time with them. That brings you up to date.
