An update to my profile below:
I would like to take a moment to express my gratitude to my friends and others who have purchased my book, “FOREVER . . . is not as long as it used to be”.
In two months, I have sold just under 150 copies. Since the goal and the message of my book are to love yourself and to provide emotional help to anyone who has had a lost, I also mailed out complimentary copies to 30 therapists and divorce recovery groups. uire (from our class) and raised two sons. Fast forward 30 years. We then lived in SE Florida and our sons were in college. Debbie met and fell for another man and filed for divorce. The divorce was hard on me since I still loved her. To emotionally survive, I started writing poetry. Eventually, I met someone whom loved me. Yes, a great life started again. I still live in SE Florida, we sail the Bahamas and the Caribbean in our sailboat, travel the US in our RV and truly enjoy retired life. I have written two books. The most recent book is “FOREVER . . . is not as long as it use to be” which contains many of my poems and tells of the stages that one goes through while experiencing a loss. The lesson of life is that you must love yourself and life does get better. 1968 may have been the start of a great life; but every day is in itself a great life.
