Toni's Story
Life
Born: Memorial Hospital in Redding, Ca. May 1951
Raised in Central Valley, Ca. Now known as Shasta Lake City.
Attended; Central Valley Elem. and Deer Creek Elem.
Best Friends; Jeanie Sage, Sandra Hewes, and Carlita Bowers.
Lived on Central Ave. until I was 12 and in the 7th grade
Moved to Happy Valley, Ca. for the rest of 7th grade. I attended Olinda Elem. there.
Moved to Merced, Ca. Lived there through 8th grade attended Roy Martin Jr. High. also the beginning of 9th grade,Attended Merced High. Moved to Las Vegas NV. I attended two high schools there in 6 months. My Father worked in Construction, so we moved wherever he went for work. We lived in Las Vegas through June, until the end of 9th grade. I attended Clark High there.
We then moved to Ontario, Ca. where I went to Montclair High for 10th grade then Ontario High for 11th grade. I was a member of the Drill Team there.
At all the schools I attended throughout my life, I was in various choirs, Girls Ensemble, and Acappella Choir.
Got married at 17, 4 months after my Birthday. (No! I wasn't pregnant!!!!) I thought????? I was in Love!!! HA! What does a 17 year old know of Love anyway???
Had my Beautifu! Blond, Blue Eyed Daughter Tina at age 19. She was the only good thing I got out of that marriage!!
I lost my very best friend Lillette Robinson-Dottore, who I had met in Merced in Jr. High School. When she was 21 years old and our children were just babies, she overdosed on medication she was taking for headaches and depression.
I Seperated from my Husband when I was 22. I Divorced at 23. Stayed single until I was 37. I was living in Burbank, Ca. at the time. I married my best friend of 3 years, "Carlos" He is from Costa Rica, Central America We have no children together.
My Daughter has 2 children; Steven, a red head, he is nearly 23, and Cher, a Blonde, she is nearly 17. Tina, my Daughter is married to her High School Sweetheart. How Romantic!!! Now that's an idea I can't relate to (A high school sweetheart), having gone to so many schools and moving so many times!!!!
School? I Graduated High School at Olivehurst High.I went to Night School to finish, as I promised my Mom (I was 24). After I divorced, I went to Los Angeles Valley College in Van Nuys, Ca I Majored in Psychology. Did not...Expand for more
finish it. Too busy raising my Daughter and keeping her busy so she would stay out of trouble. Drum Lessons, Bowling league, Flags Drill team, Roller skating lessons riding her mini bike etc.. We stayed very busy! She was a good girl, just needed things to occupy her time.
I attended Sierra Hi Tech in 1997 (A Technical Trade School) and became a Certified Computer Service and Repair Technician. My Husband also! In 2004 we bought a Federal Express Ground Route and a Fed Ex Step Van. We delivered to Davis Ca., Winters, Cash Creek areas. I help Tuesdays and Thursdays with my Ford Explorer, and whenever else he needed me.
I currently reside in North Highlands, Ca. a Suburb of Sacramento, Calif. We own our home. we remodeled it to accommodate my Mom and a wheelchair as she was in a very serious auto accident in 2004.
I lost my sister Judy Meek (That's how you would remember her) in 2008
I have 2 dogs, a Pomeranian that belonged to my mom. and Molly she's Lab and something else. I have 4 fish in the house, and 16 pond fish outside.
My Father died in June 1987 of Prostate Cancer. Frank (Ben) Bates

I went back to college, and graduated with my Associates of Science Degree in Network systems Administration with honors in 2010 giving the Commencement speech at my graduation. I then continued attending DeVry University to pursue my Bachelor of Science Degree in Network Communications and Management. I was forced to stop pursuing that in March 2012 when I was about half way through the degree requirements, due to a lack of further funding. I do hope to complete that one day.
In 2011, I was invited by some good friends to join their band. The name is (FOOE) I love it! It is the most therapeutic thing I have ever done. Wouldn't know what I would do without it and those friends in my life.
I am not currently working, as I am unable to find a company to hire a Junior Administrator, or Entry Level Administrator. A company that is willing to give me a chance.
There are people that I met during my attendance of the many schools I attended that I cared deeply for and missed a lot when I had to leave them. I so would like to get into contact with them again! If you remember me, and want to say HI! I would love that.
