Life I live near Boston, MA, and have two daughters, one husband, a minivan, and a huge number of books. I'm a fulltime mystery writer, and have published fourteen novels, one collection, and a bunch of short stories. I've also co-edited seven anthologies with Charlaine Harris.. Between the kids and writing, I have no hobbies. School School seems like a lifetime ago. It should. It WAS a lifetime ago. I didn't love school, much of the time. I felt out of step a lot--nerdy, brainy, always reading that wierd science fiction stuff. But I had friends who were also nerdy and brainy, so it worked out. I think I missed out on opportunities by not being more outgoing, and more of a risk-taker, but can't do it over now. Thank goodness. I adored some of my teathers: Mr. Benson, Mr. Reid, Mr. Ayers, Mr. Bell, Mrs. Gilbert, Mrs. Gilstrap. Others I barely remember, and a very few I despised. What was that Home Ec teacher's name?
