Tonia's Story
Life
~1989-1991 nothing worth mentioning.
~Mid. 1991 joined Gold's Gym
~Early 1992 Met my husband in the gym and began bodybuilding.
~1993 Started competing in bodybuilding competitions.
~1994 Nov. Got married and still competing all the way till 2001, I won some shows, grabbed a few titles in 1997 & 1999 I was the NPC USA lightweight Champion, and 2001 NPC National's Middleweight Champion which earned me my IFBB Professional status.
~2002 & 2003 I retired from bodybuilding and didn't workout anymore ...Expand for more
during that time due to personal problems (marriage)
~2004 left husband and started my life over again, got back in the gym lifting again and became a Personal Trainer.
~2006 Sept. made my come back into bodybuilding competition and finally made my pro-debut
~2007 going through final stages of divorce, no kids, moved around a few times, and getting ready to compete again in August 2007.
**It's been a long road to recovery and trying to bounce back from a crappy marriage...thank God no kids are involved.
