Tony's Story
Life
At age 50 I am more alive than ever. Last year I produced a documentary called "The One Man Beatles" which was in competition in the 2009 Rome Film Festival, nominated for a 2010 Donatello Award for Best Doc and opened the Don't Knock the Rock festival this past summer. I am currently working on a documentary about the Inner City Cultural center.
My wife Eileen and I have been happily married for 26 years. Other than traveling for business, I'm a mostly stay-at-home dad with my 20 year old daughter, Sadie and our 6 year old son, Vincent. A few years ago he was diagnosed with autism but I'm happy to report that he is doing well and learning quickly. This disorder is mysterious and challenging but we are blessed with the flexibility and resources to devote a great deal of time and attention to his care. You can see how well he's doing on a You Tube...Expand for more
video called "Vinnie - You Do Something To Me" where he sings the Cole Porter jazz standard. He loves music and we hope that will turn out to be his "special gift."
Sadie is set to graduate with honors from CSUN in December and is planning to enter the Masters Program there next fall.
And I still love to have fun. The more I do the more time I have - for family, friends and following my dreams. I found out that being afraid is how you know you're alive. Doing it anyway is the key.

School
What a nerd I was. Worse than a nerd, I was paralyzed by fear. Until the talent show my senior year. I did my Steve Martin impression to rousing boos and catcalls. They even egged me! But Papa Doo Dum Dum came to my aid (you KNOW who you are!) Thanks guys.
