Tony's Story

after high school attended and graduated from Kent State University with a BA in Spanish and biology - attended University of Akron and received MA with a specialty in supervision and instruction - taught high school for over 30+ years - after retirement taught at Kent State University main campus Spanish for 7 years - I unfortunately contracted Bells palsy so I had to stop teaching since I had problems with pronunciation - still have the after effects of Bells palsy - my wife also taught math and computers for over 30+ years - after retirement she was diagno...Expand for more
sed with Alzheimer - this has been very difficult - she can no longer travel/ write/ read/ etc. I do everything - I have a lady come over 2x/week to help and she goes to day care 2x/week - we have 4 grandchildren that we do not see very often as our daughter and family live in Chicago (2 granddaughters) and our son and family live in Columbus (1 grandson/1 granddaughter) l- we have been very fortunate to travel to many countries in Europe/Central America/ etc. but now that is impossible due to my wife's condition - hope all is well with anyone who remembers me
