Life
After high school went to work for Zero Mfg. One year. Went to work for Sears selling women's shoes one year. Drafted Sept 20, 1966, Vietnam combat Infantry 1967 - 1968. L.A. Valley college majored in everything. Mostly photojournalism. Opened Anthony Photography Studio, Attended Brooks Institute of Photography. Prof. photographer until 1975 Became fundraiser for the March Of Dimes in Orange County. 1977 Moved to Redding Ca. Became a general contractor building custom homes and apartments. Owned and operated a restaurant for one year. 1987 moved back to Burbank and Started IRSCO Inc. 1 retired. I have been together with our classmate Patti (Steele) Hallowes for the last 25 years. I am a ceramic artist, past President of the American Ceramic Society, Woodworker (make furniture) Ecommerce, Photo,Landlord,Golfer.
Military
Sept 20, 1966 drafted Basic training at Fort Ord Ca. D33 the best company on the hill. Advanced infantry training at Fort Polk La. ( TigerLand ) Viet Nam March 3, 1967 93rd MP batallion (guarding amo depo.) 25 infantry, 4th infantry I corp. Around Danang. LZ Ross, LZ Baldy, Death Valley, etc. 1968 Tet Offensive Returned home Feb 27, 1968. Spent the remander of military time at Fort Ord in a experimental combat company testing new weapons.
