Tonya's Story

Life Self-employed, and very busy. I'm the only attorney I know whose office is in the head of the holler! Moved my offices to Browning Fork, near Gilbert, West Virginia. Happy to be there, with my four-legged babies! My next big thing: Spend 365 days traveling the US with laptop and digital camera, then publish a travel book about it all. Have 2 dogs, 2 cats, 1 talking parrot. Loved the good times we all had the 3rd thru 5th of August 2007 at the 20-year high school class reunion! School Ivadene Hatfield, Eloise Adams, Debra Burgess, and James White inspired me the most. I wouldn't do it ALL over again, but quite a bit of it; I had a blast. Playing sports was some of the funnest times. Skiing, whitewater rafting, and concerts with friends were also pretty memorable. hockey practice down behind Seabury. Hated hauling all the equipment up that hill; especially hated hauling everthing to Woods-Penn after a long weekend away and a bus trip back into town at 2 or 3 in the morning on Sunday nights! Don't want to remember the all-nighters, but I do. We ordered a lot of pizza in those days and studied till daylight in the lobby of somebody's dorm. RHP my last year was awesome: Technology, Culture and Beliefs. Dr. Berheide was my favorite professor. He had respect for the students; didn't think he was "God." Loved O'Riley's pub; Tammy earned her nick-name "Chiquita" there. Tracy and his friend ran out of gas on the interstate between Berea and Richmond in the old volkswagon -- somewhere near the rest stop. We still had fun. Really enjoyed that crafts class. Loved short-term and Mexico; aquatic arts, and even the auto class. Boone Tavern! What an experience! The rat lab. Marilla the gorilla!
