Tracey's Story
After graduation I left Alaska and lived around the lower 48 for a couple of years before landing in WA state and settling in my hometown. I waited tables until I was 21, then tended bar until I married Tony in 1989. I had my first son in 1990 and my 2nd 11 short months later in 1991. I was a stay at home Mom until my kids started school and then I began working at an elementary school and that is where I stayed until just this past November. I am now once again a stay at home Mom. Now if only my kids would stay at home! They are now 16 and 17 years old and they are really great kids. I know everyone says that but with MINE it's TRUE! :o) They both play guitar and they share my love for classic rock. I raised those boys RIGHT! They are a little bit worried about me however, because of my new found love for classical music and Opera. I must admit it kind of scares me too!
Besides my family I am also passionate about the Seattle Mariners and try to make it over to Safeco for a game ...Expand for more
at least a couple times a year. Its a 3 hour drive one way so sometimes its not that easy to schedule.
I have a Koi pond that I love. The Koi will eat right out of my hand. They really are beautiful and so relaxing to watch. My very talented husband built me my pond.
I fear that I am getting old as I am also fond of watching and feeding wild birds. Whats next? Poodles and polyester? Nooooooooooo!!!!!!!!
My favorite teachers at Bartlett were Mr. Mergler and Mrs. Stoddard.
I used to be quite the partier but I'm proud to say that I grew out of that phase of my life. Now a party for me is staying up past 9pm and having a bowl of ice cream!
It has been fun poking around this site. It has brought back a lot of good memories. Hard to believe it has been so long since High School and now I have kids in High School. Thankfully they are much more mature and level headed than I ever was.
Im hoping to get in touch with some of my old High school pals and maybe make some new ones.
