Traci's Story
We are a long way from high school, I hated growing up and have fought it all the way! (tried college and it didn't work, wasn't focused) For those of ya'll that know me I spent K-11th grade at Del City and graduated my senior year at Little Axe, Loved both schools and the people I met and friends that I made will never be forgotten. My life has had it's ups and downs and life has turned out great, couldn't ask for more.
I have a wonderful husband who I met I guess when I was about 19-20 at the softball fields. I never looked at him as someone I would date though he was very nice and had a great heart. He finally asked me out and the love was instant, a year later he rounded up all of our closest friends and then some, got down on one knee and said "I looked for a love I could live with and now I found a love I can't live with out." I will never forget those words and the impact they would have on my life. I almost passed up the love of my life because I thought he was just too old. (he's 12 1/2 years older then me) (plus I thought he was a player!) and with 3 great kids, all girls! Life has been great. Relationships are suppose to be easy, I just didn't know how easy. Never give up the search for love, your true love is right before your eyes.
My J O B!
I am in the Freight Business (one of now the big 3 well really 2), a Teamster for the local 886 for 15 years! (no, not a truck driver!), but love the rat race and I Love my job!I all my customers and the corporations I dealt with, making 1 person happy at the end of the day was worth it...
I enjoy life and what it has to offer.
My oldest daughter ...Expand for more
(Kashlie SheaLyn, 16) is on the Varsity Golf Team, my two youngest (Brooklyn Rae, 10) & (Caiden Nikkole, 9) are in Karate.
I have taken a leave from work (though I am still employed)
Being a stay at home mom is a whole lot harder then my job and the stress that goes along with it......So I have to give it up to the stay at home moms or dads!
My husband and I:
We Love to entertain and have many pool parties in the summer.
I do regret some things I did in high school and I am trying to make peace with the people I made fun of, laughed at or harrassed. I did not know then it would hurt me now, so I do not put up with it from my girls, I stress the impact that words can have.
So that has been my life, thought I'd share...I wish the best for all the people I met along the way and I could probaby tell a story how each one touch my life in some way.....
One never forgets but fails to remind oneself of time gone but, I don't live in the past, I embrace the past and try to make my tomorrows better.
For all the ones who have husbands, wifes and friends overseas, thank them for willing to give their lives so we can be free.
When you see a service person out, shake their hand and tell them thank you, if they are out having drinks with their friends or dinner with their family or going to the movies with their kids, pick up their tab, it's the best way to say Thank You. and Mikie (my 1st cousin.....)come home safe, we miss you. I am praying for you, your wife and your girls....asking the Lord to keep your guardian angels with you always...I love you!
