Tracie's Story

Life I left Springfield, IL in September 1992. I have lived in Oklahoma City, OK, Amarillo, TX and settled in Los Lunas, NM. I have 2 kids and 2 step kids. One is settling in Virgina Beach, VA, 2 are in Amarillo, TX, and one is in Rio Rancho, NM. I have 2 grandsons and 1 granddaughter. I met my husband in 1992 where we worked at United Petroleum Transports, in Oklahoma City. We started seeing each other socially in 1993 and were married in 2003. I worked in Accounting most of my working career, now both Ronnie and I are retired and enjoying life. We are trying to learn to garden. Its kinda tough in the...Expand for more
desert. Things don't like to grow much in sand and wind. So any tips would be welcomed and appreciated. We live on a mesa on the west side of the Manzano Mountains. It's really quiet and serene. Just the way we like it. Life is really good. We like to go shooting (targets only), and love to spend time with the kids and grandkids. Our family has a cabin in the Gila Mountains, we like spending time there also. (not in the winter mos. though) Ronnie and I have two little dachsunds, (Diesel and Dixie) They are our babies. They like to help in the garden also. NOT! Would love to hear from old friends.
