ner-broker working full time with my son Jeremy, primarily in residential sales, land subdivision development, condominium sales and development on Maui with Hawaii Life Real Estate Services, LLC Entrust Hawaii is a business that works as a plan administration for self-directed retirement plans. For two years, I acted as primary marketing and compliance officer for the firm with the goal of using the company to help build the real estate side of the self directed plans to increase company production for Century 21 All Islands. We have since turned over ownership to new partners, but we continue to work with the company. Understanding self direction, the complexity of compliance, and the benefits have given me additional strength to expand sales opportunities for investing using plans in Hawaii Real Estate. As president for the Hawaii Association of Realtors, I have the advantage of extending my own personal network by a membership of 8500 members statewide. The perspective that I have puts me in a unique position to view political issues, zoning and land use issues, taxation, eminent domain, agency, foreclosure, short sales, from an insiders point of view. Since our association is pro-active on a county, state, and federal level, I get to see all sides and have the perspective of our economy relative to the national picture on a regular basis. Having the opportunity to share information directly with 50 state presidents allows me so gather national information relative to Hawaii’s real estate economy.".
