Tracy's Story
Wow, 20 years! It is hard to believe!
Lets see, my story. Well after NMHS I was fortunate enough to go to college, that is on three different occasions! The first time was for sheer fun and excitement (he he ha ha), the second time was for my parents (lets me mature)...and the third time was for me (can't live on minimum wage)! I am a wife and a mom - my daughter is now 17 and a high school senior! At this point in her life she is trying to determine her path, she is exploring colleges and majors. Her major has changed three times in 6 months and today she is either flying jets for the Air Force or becoming a Physician in the Navy..then there is always the law enforcement gig that she drives me crazy with! I also have three step-children that are awesome!
Oy-Vey, if I would have know all of this I would have been...Expand for more
much kinder to the folks! Anyone out there that has a teenager did you ever receive your handbook on parenting?
PS...Girls do not need to drive, not until they are at least 21. Geeshhh
Life is good...I am blessed. Would not have changed much, maybe only realized that my folks were not as stupid as I thought!
PSS. My senior stunt was a bust, me and (name to remain unsaid to protect the innocent) decided to take the typewriter balls off of the typewriters in Mrs. Ada Allen's class. Well, lets say we should have taken them off of the typewriters - we should have really planned better then we would have known to take ones that were not at the desk that we sat at!! I have never been struck in school prior to that event. Mr. Pardun made a lasting impression. Thank goodness for computers....LOL, I was such an idiot!
