When I had the motorcycle wreck they transported me to Denver. No broken bones but beat all to hell, so they ran a ct scan looking for internal injuries and found a carcinoma tumor in one of my kidneys. During the procedure they found adhesions from the radiation treatment for prostate cancer in 1997. My third episode with cancer so far and more to come. In 1963 250 of us with The Strike Command, (The beginning of what is now known as special ops.) deployed to a top secret base on the Laotion border to support our effort to supress the Pathet Lao in Laos, and destroy the Ho Chi Minh trail from Vientene Laos into S Vietnam.
