This is what I have come to believe that the Bible is the Word of God.
Everything in it is complete and without error. It is used for daily life, everything you must know is found in it.
With that said Christ is the head of the church. The church is not a building with a pretty lawn around it! It is the people who are saved in Christ alone through His blood that was shed for us on the cross.
Those who are His know His voice and follow after Him. Listen! You donât get saved cause you asked Jesus to come into your heart. You get saved by God's own work in His salvation! Donât be deceived little ones!
If a preacher told you where saved cause you said a little prayer donât listen! Listen to the Word of God and let that poke at your heart! Paul tells us to test ourselves to see if we are in the faith! R...Expand for more
ead 1st John its a series of test. You say well, " I know that I am saved" and then I say, " how do you know that you are saved"? Do you tremble at His Word? Are you thriving to become more holy and pure? Is Christ your desire in life? is He your life? Oh if you have ears to hear let the Word of God speak!
Now let me say something with all this. I am not talking about sinless perfection but a style of life. For we know that the most Godly person is still able to sin. I am talking about a style of life what you practice daily.
O I am so sick in tired of the American evangelical preachers that claim you can be saved if you where sincere about asking Jesus in your heart. Tell me where in the Bible does it say that? Listen! donât be deceived! Test yourselves! You say oh your just mad. Your right I am! We are losing souls and people are walking around thinking they are saved when really they are not! O God that you would open there hearts and minds! I am not perfect! I am soo sinful That I would tremble at your Word! Forgive us Lord!
But here is the good news! God came down from heaven dressed Himself in flesh and died for you His name happens to be Jesus Christ! For God so loved the world that He gave His only Son that who so ever believes in Him shall not die but have eternal life! John 3:16 Praise God!".
