Trina's Story

Life I am happily married with two children (I married into my step son and he has always lived with us). I met my husband when Gaige (my son) was 2. We married when he was 3 1/2, in 1995. Two years later we had a little girl named Lexi. We travel a lot in particularly to Mexico and other surf destinations. We are living in Southern California, where my husband grew up. All of his family is within 30 miles and my parents now have their boat here and have homes in La Paz, Mexico and Henderson, Nevada...so we see them quite often as well. Both my sisters now live in other states, Angelina in Florida and Tricia in Kansas. They are both happily married. nd develop programs for day care centers, camps, mommy and me classes as well as Special needs programs for several School Districts. I volunteer as a child advocate for at risk youth and children who are in the foster care system. I am currently homeschooling my 10 year old daughter Lexi due to a medical condition resulting from an immunization shot that has caused her to have a life long kidney disease. I also write children, teen, and parenting books. We are a bible based christian family and are loving all of the Lord's blessings and love sharing His word and promises to others. I am hoping to come to the next reunion to see what everyone else has done with their lives. It is amazing how much you grow and learn in the 10 years after highschool isn't it?
