Trina's Story
Life
hey guys, it's been a long time. finally got rid of that hideous last name. fell madly in love after graduation, and married in Nov. 1990 to Jim W. (class of 90, some of you may have known him, he used to be known as Jamie. Jim's 5 years away from retiring from the Air Force. We've been to Texas (too hot and thunderstormy), North Dakota (freezing and boring) and Northern Italy (completely AWESOME, finally made it to Europe even if it wasn't to be a supermodel!). we now live in the unfabulous Inland Empire (good shopping here though). Who knows where to next, maybe Europe again. (and can anyone tell me how to sum up 15 years in a paragraph? this is really hard)... Got kids, the new suv, the dog and cat, everything but the white picket fence. sickeningly cliche' but I absolutely love my life. coming up on our 15 YEAR wedding anniversary. got three handsome boys; a 13 year old sophmore in high school who's also in college studying all things science, an 11 year old blue-eyed drummer-rock star in the making with a mohawk, and a kind-hearted yet tough 9 year old artist who wants to save every animal in the world and play the guitar. Life is good, and I'm living proof that dreams can come true... hope you are all happy. Say hi if you want, and I want to say hey to my best frie...Expand for more
nds; Greg "Angel", lovebirds Monique and Ed (still married?), Richard C., Cynthia U., Stella and Arlene, Tyrone G., Lawrence. And thank-you to Michelle B., you unknowingly had a hand in helping me meet my man. In Aug. 1989, I had just returned from the Virgin Islands (grad gift) and was driving around Beverly Hills with my friend. I saw your ex Richard standing outside of a fifties diner and stopped to say hi. Jim was standing next to him and I thought to myself, who's this tall shy guy, he's kinda hot. Turns out Jim had been quietly checking me out for quite some time at school. We all went in to eat and talk, and the night ended with a kiss at my doorstep and in no time his gold necklace around my neck. We were quickly inseperable, The rest is history. It's an amazing thing to still be with the same guy and not only do we still like eachother, we are still in love and the deepest of friends. I hit the husband jackpot. All right guys, enough about me. would love to hear how everyone is doing...I'll put pictures up soon.
P.S. Listen for my nephew Anthony's band Xanimo in local clubs and on the radio soon, they've played in Hollywood at the Roxy and they're seriously good. Kind of like old No Doubt with a little bit of the Doors, the Smiths, and System of a Down. Bye for now
