Troy's Story

Life Went to Annapolis from Upper Dublin. Went into the Navy Civil Engineer Corps in 1971. Masters Degree in Ocean Engineering from University of Hawaii while in the Navy. Served in construction as a Seabee and as a deep sea diver. (Ken Fleck and I were in the same Seabee Battalion.) Retired from the Navy in 1991. Joined Vanir C...Expand for more
onstruction Management in 1992 and am their Regional Manager VP for the Northwest. Lived in San Diego working for Vanir for 5 years and was transferred to the Seattle area in '97. Been here ever since. Very happily married with two daughters, in their 30's, and four grandchildren. Play a lot of golf and restore old Corvettes.
