broadcast school. Took a news job at KOHI in St. Helens Oregon and came back to Quincy when my dads health stated failing to run the store. Worked weekends for KPCO radio in Quincy. Started the radio station in 1984 on the local cable fm and eventually got the station on the air in 2001. You can catch our local Feather River College baseball game broadcasts on the internet. When we have home games we stream live video of the game too. Its been great for parents who have students at FRC and live out of state. We always seem to get a number of players from Hawaii each year and they love being able to watch the games.
Trying to sell out and retire to some extent. Health issues really forcing the situation. Have a rare disease called PMR. Type in PMR on an internet search to find out what it is. The medicine I was taking for it made me a diabetic and brought on asthma too.
