Twila's Story
Life
Can't say my life has been a bed of roses, that's for sure! As they say "I could write a best selling novel!" Married young, had a beautiful baby girl, Christa,in 1969, then lost her to skin cancer 23 years later in 1994. She was a very special, beautiful inside and out, and married to the love of her life. She lived in Montreal and is now buried in Canada because her husband said he would need to be near her the rest of his life. I miss her every day.
Had my second beautiful daughter, Jaime, in 1976 who has now blessed me with the joys of my life in my three grandsons, Christian born Sept.3,2001, and Max, born Dec.1st,2002, which was the 1st anniversary of my husband's death on 12-1-01 in a hunting accident. 3 boys...she has her hands full, but they are all such blessings!!!
I still have 2 sons at home, Erik, born in 1984, in college; and Robbie born in 1986,also in college. They bring me happiness and strength through tragedy. My faith in God keeps me sane.
Now I would like to say: to anyone I have hurt or wronged, in any way, along this rocky road I've traveled, please know, I am extremely sorry. Thank you for reading about my journey, now lets hear about yours!! ;-)
College
I was more concerned about what my boyfriend was doing, and getting married than I was about college. Wish I could turn back time!
