Tyrone's Story
Hello fellow classmates, I really enjoyed myself at Lincon Hi. I am now living in California and I have been here for about 38 years. When I graduated from Lincoln in 1965, I moved to Peoria, Illinois. I then went into the Army and was sent to Viet Nam, serving with the 173rd Airborne Brigade. When I left the Army, I started college. I then move to Los Angeles, California to complete college. I then joined the police dept. in 1972 and have been a police officer since then. commercial enforcement unit. I have had an enjoyable career and now I am about to retire after 38 1/2 years as a police officer. Life and has been good and I thank God for all he has done in my life. I am still active in sports and I hold a 5th degree blackbelt in Kenpo Karate. I have won several championships and I am a Master in Martial Arts. I am still active in teaching Martial Arts to children and was on the Board of Directors for the Young Olympians. I will be visiting East Boogie soon and hope to connect with some old friends.
