Valerie's Story
Life
At 33 years old I had Breast Cancer, had a double Mastectomy and doing great with all. You never know what, when, or how Cancer may get you, so PLEASE do your breast exams every month. This goes for the men also. I found mine in my self exam in June and had surgery in October. I waited to long to take it to my Doctor, I decided to have a double Mastectomy, this way I know that they got it all. rd. I hope everyone is doing good and living life to the fullest. Now let me tell you about my life other than Cancer. I am married to my long time Best Friend. We have been together for 8 years now. We have three kids together, he has a son that is 23, and I have a daughter that is 17 and a son that is 15. We also have a grand-daughter by his son that is 6 years old and one on the way. We are a very happy family. I miss talking to all of you, keep in touch.
