Valerie's Story
Life
Since High School, I have been in the United States Air Force going on 13 Years now. I love it. I am an Air Force ROTC instructor at Tulane University in New Orleans LA. I am single with no kids. Life is great and I still go home to El Paso every year to visit my mom and sisters.
School
I did not have a crush in high school, but the teacher that inspired me the most was Mrs. Rose from Baumholder American High School in Germany. She was a great mentor and English teacher. My funniest, happiest, and craziest school memories was when the senior class of 92' went on a school trip...Expand for more
to Mrs. Rose house right outside of Germany. We had a lot of fun that day and her house was AMAZING.
College
Well I did not do the traditional college life. I was in the military and to classes at night. College was great and I plan to start my Doctoral program soon.
Workplace
Work is great, in the military for 13 years now and loving every minute of it. I always knew that the military was my calling since high school.
Military
Like I mentioned earlier, I have been in the military for 13 years now. I love it. The military has been great and I plan on retiring at 20 years.
