Valerie's Story
After graduating from MJ, I attended Belmont College (now University...times change) and graduated with a double major in Criminal Justice and Social Work. I have worked in many forms of law enforcement/legal, i.e. juvenile court, criminal intelligence, animal control officer, paralegal. I now work for myself as a real estate agent in Nashville. (such a natural bridge from law enforecement....ha). I have two boys, 12 & 14. They are the jewels in my crown and the thorns in my side...just ask me any given day. of Franklin/Brentwood area with my 7 dogs, 5 cats, 2 goats and 2 horses. I know.....
I keep in touch (regularly) with Jacqueline (Jackie) Swartz ('88). We just came back from Cheyenne,WY where we spent a week at Frontier Days Rodeo and had a BLAST!! Last year, we went on a cattle drive from Montana to Wyoming - a truly awesome experience. Next year...as long as it is out west, we will be on our way again!!
