Valerie's Story
I am just an average working woman: Dedicated to my career/job when I'm at the office; Committed to my husband all around; Dedicated and committed to my kids when I'm not at the office (and sometimes when I am there); Supportive of my friends and family; Proud of my Country; and spirited in my, well, Spirit. I never had a "schedule" for life, but I have lived the average expected life: college, career, husband, pets, house, kids. . . . that about sums it up. The Bottom line is that I am HAPPY.

WILDEST THING I DID IN SCHOOL: I was too conservative to be wild.
FIRST CRUSH: He's married and a military man.

MBER ME: Hopefully just a "sweet" girl with a head on her shoulders, even though kind of nerdy and quiet.
TRUE HAPPINESS FOR ME is to be with my kids, watch my kids, learn with my kids and marvel in the strength and independence my kids gain every day.
BIGGEST SURPRISE IN LIFE: Kids
DO-OVER: I wish I had the confidence in my younger days as I do now. Oh, I would never have given up on exercise, becuase now I can't seem to get motivated.
WEIRDEST JOB: Um, haven't had too many jobs, worked Busch Gardens in Treadneedle Fair, Blockbuster, CNU and my 20 year employer, a lawyer. You choose which is the weirdest.
WHERE HAVE I LIVED? In York County, in Newport News, in York County, that's it.
