Robin's Story

I'd read the book AND see the movie and see the play and see the reading if I like the story. If not, see the movie once for curiosity and then don't bother again. I try not to put on the TV or movies at home until after 3 pm. Since I live in Oregon we can be boxed in for days. You need hobbies to keep sane. I sew and paint and move my plants indoors so I have a growing garden in my living room. I start my tomato seeds and place them in front of the living room window. Heat lamps are good for really cold days. It gets down to 10 degrees here, not like where I grew up in LA. I don't know how old friends remember me. at one time. By this time of life people are very multifacited and I don't appologize for any of my oddities. I like how comfortable I am with myself at this stage. I'm 57 and have good health and still hike and ride a bicycle in the summer around Eugenes' college campus and about town. The guy that lives across the street from me drives a restored 57 chevy. I remember Brent and Bryan Chickering and Richard Malinosky built one on my dads back property then got drunk one night and totaled it on Mulhulland Dr. My dad had an acre of land on Plummer St and the boys took their cars there to build. My brother Glenn moved to upstate New York to the Rochester Area with is wife many years ago.
