Van's Story

Sul Ross grad Dec.'69 with a degree in acting. Acted like a teacher at BHS Jan. 70 - May 1970 then State Schools for MHMR (teacher's cert. Voc. ed. for the Handicapped). Opened a halfway house (Reality House) for fed. prisoners in Brownsville '74 and ran it until '96 when I got an M.Ed. at UTB in counsell...Expand for more
ing. Moved to St. Louis weeks after graduation and started Ph.D. program at St. Louis University which I finally finished in '07 (Counseling and Family Therapy). Took a couple of years off in Austin 2000-2001. The Then and now picture are of me and the same bride of practically 50 years. More on facebook.
