Vern Staggs
Born, Raised and Hunted in the San Pedro and Gila River area in Arizona from Benson, Redington, San Manuel, Oracle, Red Hill, Mammoth, Winkelman, Globe/Miami, Superior, Ray (place of birth now an open pit copper mine), and Hayden.
From San Manuel High School went to Northern AZ University, had too much fun and lasted almost 3 years. Tried UofA at night but that interfered with fun of marriage, raising 3 great kids (1 girl and 2 boys) and working at completing a 8000 hour on the job training apprenticeship program with 4 years of correspondent school. I did finish and was very happy. This was my stepping stone.

Married 23 years, single now, 1 Girl-Kari Monica-(3 grandsons), 2 Boys-Bryan Kelley (3 Grandsons & 1 grandaughter), Jason Emmitt (2 grandaughters) and 5 great grandchilcren from the first 3 grandsons. Whew!!!
Life has been fun, full and enjoyable, and the tank is still half full.
Health is good after adjustments and modifications just like an old Model A (which reminds me of my old Model A hot rod I was building when in High School and towed it down to the School for a show and tell. I don't think anybody was impressed because it wasn't running yet).
Would like to fish and golf more but I think Tiger is going to take over all the fishing areas so golf may possibly work out now.
