Veronica's Story
Hello Classmates of 83! After graduation, I got married, BIG MISTAKE! I was married for 18 years, but it did result in my wonderful son, Shaun who will be 18 in August. I can't believe it. I also graduated with a B.S.E. from CMSU. I taught 3rd grade in Hardin for 11 years, moved to Higginsville and taught 4th grade for 9 years, for the past three years I taught 4th grade at Cler-Mont Elementary with the Fort Osage School District. I divorced in 2004 and remarried this past January to the man of my dreams, Don Rector! We married barefoot on the beach on the beautiful island of Jamaica. It was a dream wedding and he is the BEST! We are having fun, loving life, and loving each other.
During these years, I've traveled extensively and that is my goal after I retire............to see the world. I can retire in 9 years from teaching. Wow, does time fly!
