Life
Largely goofed off for a few years before starting life in Ft. Lauderdale in 86. Did the OCC dance and worked on the floor of the AMEX before going into the retail side of the brokerage business. Found a job with a brokerage firm in Ft. Lauderdale and moved there in 86. A few years later changed careers again and have been in the construction industry ever since. love what I do and wish I had managed to figure that part out sooner!

Workplace
Moved to Fort Lauderdale in 1986 and have been in the building business since 1991. Own and operate Innovative Designs, luxury Home Builders. Innovative-Designs.biz We work in a narrow niche building high end luxury homes in SE Florida. When I was young becoming an Architect seemed like my calling but as it turns out my true calling was not far afield.
