Victoria's Story
Life
Victoria is a nationally known business and community leader, and recognized authority on employee benefits, Braden is owner and president of Braden Benefit Strategies, Inc., a company she started in 1994. She consults with CEO's, CFO's, business owners, human resource personnel and executives to design and implement employee benefits plans that will attract and retain quality employees. Focus is on long-term strategic planning and corporate gross margin while keeping prices reasonable for employees as well.
The National Association of Health Underwriters recognized Braden as one of the highest producing insurance agents of health insurance in the State of Georgia for 2000 and awarded her the "Eagle" designation. vices named her a Leader's Recipient at the Platinum Level for 2000, 2001 and 2004 and at the Gold level for the previous three years.
In 1999, Braden was selected by the American Business Womens Association as one of the top 10 business women in the United States. She co-led the Small Business Leaders for Bush for President campaign in Georgia and continues to work toward legislation that will help small business.
Prior to forming her company, Braden worked for The Pillsbury Company as a market manager, with responsibility for all frozen food sales in Georgia. She began her career with McNeil Consumer Products (Johnson & Johnson).
Braden earned a bachelor of science degree from Western Illinois University, Macomb, Ill., and completed her insurance license certification in 1993. She is resides in Norcross with her husband, Don. She has one daughter, five stepchildren, and two grandchildren.
