Vickey's Story

College Attended Texas University, BFA- Commercial Art. '82 Continued Ed. at Houston Community College, Houston- Computer Graphics 1993-1996. I currently am working for the US NAVY on a Team with a Contracting Company- and the contract is at PAX-RIVER Naval Base in Southern Maryland. Working an International Contract for F/A-18 Aircraft of that country. I always wanted to be a Artist and Mom when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a goofy and nice idea. As it turns out, they were right!. I am trying to make it nicer though. I am currently not a Mom anymore- or at least not able to be at this time due to divorce. Relax with a glass of Merlot and friend Patrick. Travling to hike and camp to many places and enjoy nature. If I'm going to work somewhere, I need to have Gas in the car, shoes on my toes, and combed hair to be able to deal with the day-to-day stresses of unforeseen circumstances as they pop up from time to time. The one person from my past who I'd most like to see again is my dear ole Mom, because I miss her and want to hug her again. I'd like to see my Grandparents again as well. If I could improve my home, I'd remodel kitchen and add on a deck with screened in porch. My dream home would be cabin on the island land. Just recently acquired the land- now have to work on the design of cabin/home. Miss my Step Ch...Expand for more
ildren alot, I have not been able to see them for months. See my step-children- they are my light. If I won $100 million, I'd give all of it to Pat, then spend the rest on $200., opening a savings account and planning a trip around the world!. Yep- Falls Hall. Joined greek, been there done that. College memories at SWTSU now is Texas State University. My current age is 49. When I was 12, I thought that people my age now would be dead. I was so completely almost right somewhat. Many people I know have died.. My best friend would tell you I'm loyal, but people who don't know me very well would probably describe me as unique. nope- I share my home with my bfriend and his son, which I find wonderful!. In 10 years, I hope to be near retirement and healthy. I'm going to get there by saving and doing right things. My first job was at Bob's Friend Chicken (BoB&MaryJaneSchobel's first place), where I got paid $1.00/hr to flip handburgers. What I remember most about it is John Polach deep frying his hand once he battered it like our special chicken-fried hamburgers!. My brothers coming home from the hospital- was a special day for me. They were a special childhood memory and I will never forget them. I always wanted to be a artist when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a good idea. As it turns out, they were kinda of right.
