Vicki's Story
Life
Jon and I moved from Albuquerque to Florida eight years ago. We have a commercial architectural and interior design firm, and we had a lot of projects in SW Florida. We were really tired of the security hassels at the airport after 9/11, and we were really pretty road weary; we had traveled a lot internationally working on projects at the Dead Sea in Jordan and on the banks of the El Alamein in Egypt. Jon and I are both vintage car enthusiasts, and we now have seven. I drive a '57 Thunderbird, and our work vehicle is a '41 Dodge Panel Van. We're currently restoring a '59 Ford Retractable. Our goal is to have it finished by the end of July so we can drive it to the Dream Cruise in Michigan.
We have been totally blessed and are having tons of fun in SW Florida.
