Vicki's Story
After high school I partied A LOT for about 3 or 4 years. Then I met a guy named Patrick Thacker, dated him for 14 months, we got engaged in the 15th month and we got married in May, 1987. In April 1988 we had our first child, in November 1990 we had our second child, then in January 1992 we had our third child. We stayed married for almost 10 years, but the end of the road came for us in January, 1997 and we were divorced by October 1997. It was hard for a while, but it's all good now. t is 21 and moved out of the house, my second child is in his sophomore year in college (Drexel University in Philadelphia), and the third one is in high school. I bought a house 4 years ago. Life is good. Things have worked out to be the way they should be. Me and my ex-husband are friends now and all the bad stuff is behind us. I don't have any regrets. The hard times I have endured and risen above helped me to become the person I am now. By the way, my last name in high school was Rothenbach.
