Life
My married name is Vickie Darrow (OMG my initials are VD), I swore that I would never be married to someone with a last name that started with a D and I did it twice with the same guy. Married 25 years total August 29th 2007, 3 sons, 3 daughters-in-law, 7 grandkids (5 girls, 2 boys). Lost my home to fire in July 06, but have new one in place and getting back to normal, whatever normal is these days. Love being a grandparent but still hard to believe I'm old enuf for them (tee hee). Whenever I see people from my class (76) I still refer to them as "kids" I went to school ...Expand for more
with. I am for the most part happy with where I am in my life and definately in love with my family. I like staying in "my space" if ya can dig it.
UPDATE 06-22-09
Divorced from the same man for the second time. NO I will not marry him again. We don't even speak after 28 yrs together.
I now have an old high school boyfriend living with me, David Steele, 34 years after dating before, go figure. I still live in the same place I've been in for 22 years and I am the night manager for Hutch's Food Center in Spring Arbor, been there for seven years. I still hang out in "my space".
