Life I've been married to Don Vega for thirty-three years and we still live in Layton. We were blessed with two daughters (ages 27 and 15). I had always wanted a dozen kids, but was only able to have two. And, even though they are twelve years apart, we're grateful for both of them. Our oldest daughter is married and has two adorable sons (ages two and four). Her husband works hard so that she can stay at home with the boys. They are good parents and that makes me proud. When our youngest daughter was five, my husband got her into riding lessons. As time passed, we bought a horse. She competes in Western, Hunt Seat, and English. This is something that she has really enjoyed and has become quite good at. She qualified for Youth Nationals last year and, for a fourteen-year old, that was a big time event.
