Victor's Story
Hello Gang..so glad to be here after so many years and hoping everybody has had a great life so far. A quick synopsis of my life: After graduation spent 3 years in the Marines..Semper Fi..worst 3 years of my life and also the best. I've never been married although spent 12 years with a live-in. I have 2 children and step-daughter from that time and 1 extremely handsome grandson named Xavion(we call him X-man). Never had any formal education, per se, but have read numerous tomes and other literature. I have no clue what I wrot...Expand for more
e just then. Love to read still. Have recently taken up poetry-amazing how all the macho bs fades away with age. I like to think I'm like fine wine..all wet and drunk..no, wait..I mean I've gotten better. Any other questions, just ask. I'll leave you with one of my poetic pretensions:
Fire burning deep inside,
Suffocating,
Never straying far
From the desire of my soul.
To have,
To hold,
Never too young,
Never too old..
To wish that I had never met you...
But knowing I would not change anything,
Lest I forget to remember you.
