Today my wonderful mother would'be been 91 years old. I'm sure she is celebrating with my dad and grandma up in heaven, probably had a tea party followed by a lively game of bridge with Eunice & Wesley Feeder and my grandma.

Jack made and cut out these cookies all by himself (Mommy put them in the oven). He made the one with strawberry jam and the heart one for me. He told me I could eat them because he made them for me. <3
My dinner tonight...a grilled artichoke sandwich with grilled red peppers, tomatoes, spinach, feta cheese, balsamic vinegarette in a whole wheat pita. It was delicious

The Jersey Shore was in the house last night at the Doobie Bros. concert. LOL
This is what I had for dinner - the most delicious tortilla casserole I've ever tasted and it was from The Art of Cuisine...and yes, it was vegan...surprised the heck out of me.
My son and Caroline are here - woo hoo here are the weary travelers.
Thank you Intel for an awesome day at Six Flags. Another great reason for working at Intel.
