Victoria Celeste Mitchell, Author and Fashion Designer. A native of Florida. Celeste was raised by her loving mother, the late Linda B Bell, who gave plenty of guidance and just enough tough love to make a difference.
Fueled by a thirst for adventure and an eagerness to get away from home after graduation, Celeste joined the United States Army. After the military Celeste decided to see what else life had to offer. She soon married and gave birth to her son Dionte, who became the light of her life. Marriage on the other hand, took a rapid turn for the worse. She found herself in a mentally and physically abusive marriage. Having a clear understanding that either death or divorce was in her foreseeable future. Celeste eagerly chose divorce.

her mother, Celeste relocated to Atlanta, Ga to start fresh and pick up the pieces of her broken life.
Victoria wasn't necessarily envisioning a future of entrepreneurial success when she spent her childhood days dressing dolls and speaking in front of a mirror. From a very young age Victoria discovered that her success depended primarily on her own ability to make it happen. As an adult it was that same desire to succeed and help others that has brought her to this point.
Celeste released her first book of poetry, started her Fashion Design Firm and is currently constructing her Non Profit Organization to benefit Domestic Violence Prevention. Celeste believes that shelter is no longer enough. Domestic Violence Victims need rehabilitation. Celeste is presently located in Texas with her loving husband Gerrad and her two children Dionte and Endya.
