Victoria's Story

I have been married for 26 years to Richard L. Phelps Jr. and still love him very much! I have two beautiful daughters. Krystan who just got married in June of 2008. tor's office and have worked there since 1994. I am secretary to the County Administrator and the Board of Supervisors. What I enjoy most is time with my family and I have recently took up running as a hobby and am loving going to different places and running in various races. I recently ran in a half marathon at Nags Head and loved it. I would really love to hear from some school friends.
