Life
I am single, no children ... but hopefully someday! I work at CSU Bakersfield as the Director of Outreach for the McNair Scholars Program. Feel free to stop by the office to say "Hi!" I would like to reconnect with old friends.....so if you're out there, can't wait to catch up on old times!;)
College
During my college years, I studied alot and worked full-time on the CSUB campus. I had the most fun meeting new friends and establishing lifelong friendships. I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration in 2002. In 2004 I graduated with a Master of Science in School Counseling.
Workplace

Program was established by the U.S. Department of Education in 1986. The Program, named for astronaut and Challenger space shuttle crew member, Dr. Ronald E. McNair, encourages students to pursue graduate studies.
At California State University, Bakersfield, the McNair Scholars Program serves 17-22 students each year. McNair Scholars are motivated students who have both the desire and the potential to earn a doctorate degree (Ph.D.). The participants of the program are either low-income first-generation college students or are members of a group underrepresented in graduate education. By participating in the program, Scholars strengthen and refine their academic skills while developing and understanding the tools needed to be successful in graduate schools.
