I am on my 2nd career, first was many successful years in nursing, now on to my doctorate in Child Psychology. I care for children in my home (kind of a mini day care) and am a full time student at Grand Canyon University, currently finishing my bachelors and starting my double masters in January 2012! I love to watch football and baseball, crime/detective shows, cooking shows, and the singing reality shows. I love to read recipes, suspense and romance (especially the old cowboy ones!) and anything on psychology. I listen to christian, jazz, opera, top 40, but my <3 is in country music! I am quite crafty, a domestic goddess who loves to cook and bake, and I am a research NUT. I adore kids and although I cannot have any, I borrow my friends' kids all the time. I have 3 beautiful nieces, 2 fabulous parents who are still together after over 40 years and madly in love, and 2 younger sisters, both married. My friends ARE my family and I am blessed with many from coast to coast, thanks to moving 29 times. :)".
