Vince's Story
Life
My son was born in May of 1979. I graduated and turned 18 in June. Married Annette Morris in July. (Friday the 13th). We were in an apartment for a year then bought a house in Northbrook. My daughter was born on September 1 of 1983. I worked as a car mechanic until 1989. We bought a bigger house in the new section of Northbrook in the spring of 89, just before we separated in the fall when my brother & I opened a restaurant in Loveland. The divorce was unnecessarily ugly & final in the Spring of 91. I worked as a shop foreman in the service dept. of Camargo Cadillac by day & at night worked the restaurant. We opened another restaurant in Hyde Park & another in Pleasant Run. Then closed them one at a time. Around 1993 I became a manager for Perkins locally. years in Clarksville, Tenn. My son came to live with me in July of 1996. He spent his senior year in Tennessee before moving back to Cincy. I left Cracker Barrel & Tennessee at the end of 1999. In the spring of 2000 I became the Shop Foreman of the service department at Columbia Oldsmobile, Hyundai & Acura in Montgomery. I have a condo on the Fairfield, Forest Park, Pleasant Run Farms border. I am now the Service Manager at Northland Porsche. My son is a realtor with Remax Acclaim in Fairfield. He has been raising his girlfriends daughter for the last 6 years. My daughter graduated nurses training in the Spring of 2006. She is engaged to be married in 2007. She is due to become a mother around Thanksgiving. On the weekends I can be found boating on the Ohio river or at Brookville lake. I play tennis & softball. I coach 2 of my niece's soccer teams.
