ke AMN107, STI-571 (Gleevec), SU11248, IPI-504, Nexavar, Rapamune, etc. I discoved a relationship between GIST (gastronal intestinal tumors) and NF1. Although not published. However after getting researchers to look into this more we were scooped by the Japanese. This ended up being helpful in separating the disease (GIST) into two distinct categories.
