After graduating from HHS, I attended Butler University in Indianapolis, majored in Biology and graduated in 1969. I lived with a professor's family for two years at Butler and took care of their kids for free room & board. They also took me to Europe with them for a sabbatical year during that time period. We lived in London and visited many European countries. It was awesome. After graduating from Butler in 1969, I met Arthur Telegen ifrom Massachusetts that summer. My HS debate partner, Suzanne (Pochter) Bronheim. She had gone to Brandeis with him. He'd been drafted out of law school in 1969. We were married in the summer of 1970 after writing and taping for a year, lived in Japan (Sasebo, where the Pueblo was last docked before it got captured) for a year, moved to Massachusetts (his home area), had two kids, (Rachel in 1975 and Joe in 1977), divorced in 1987.
